This year we have teamed up with Cayuga Coaching to offer an exclusive Cayuga Lake Triathlon training program! This 8 week program is written to help you complete the sprint triathlon, the intermediate distance triathlon, or any part of the relay. The program will be emailed to you and can be done on your own time. This is great for people who need to schedule their workouts around life.
